These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FortiSense (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are

2. The Service
FortiSense provides security monitoring and alerting for enrolled devices. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to interfere with or bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not upload or transmit malware to the Service, except as part of legitimate detection/testing.
5. Subscription, billing, and taxes
Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. Taxes may apply depending on your location. See Refunds & Cancellations.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Our Data Retention policy explains how long data is kept.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service and all related intellectual property, except your content and data. The Windows agent is licensed to you under the Windows Agent EULA.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Security products reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete protection.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the last [3] months.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts there have exclusive jurisdiction (unless consumer law requires otherwise).
