Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/security obligations. Retention can vary by plan.

Free vs Premium retention

  • Free: event telemetry may be retained for a short period (e.g. minutes) for deduplication/debug.
  • Premium: event telemetry may be retained for a longer period (e.g. up to 24 hours).
  • Alerts: alerts and related audit history may be retained longer so you can review incidents.

Other records

  • Account data: kept while your account is active; some billing records may be kept longer as required by law.
  • Ignore policies / audit logs: kept until you delete them, or for as long as needed to support your configuration.
  • Support tickets: retained for a reasonable period for service quality and continuity.

Deleting data

You can remove devices and delete certain items in the product. You can also request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
