This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) applies to the FortiSense Windows Agent (the “Software”). The Software is licensed, not sold.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the Software on devices you own or control, solely to use the Service.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
- No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing without written permission.
- No using the Software to build a competing product.
3. Telemetry
The Software may collect process names, hashes, device identifiers, and resource telemetry to provide security detection and alerting. See Privacy Policy.
4. Updates
The Software may update automatically to maintain security and compatibility.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided “as is”. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
